When we get something wrong we say so here, with the date and what changed. A clinical page that is quietly edited leaves every reader who saw the old version with the old version.
Nothing to log yet
The site is new. This page exists before there is anything on it because the commitment has to be made before it is tested, not afterwards.
What counts as a correction
- A factual error in clinical content, however small.
- A source that turned out not to say what we said it said.
- An evidence grade that changed because the evidence changed, with the reason.
- Guidance that has been superseded, with the date it was superseded.
Typographical fixes and rewording are not corrections and are not logged. Every clinical page also carries its own review and update dates, so you can always see how current the version you are reading is.
Telling us
If something here is wrong, we would rather hear it from you than not. Corrections are checked by the clinician who reviewed the page.
