Plainly Her Experts

Strength and exercise professionals

Progressive resistance training, programming for someone who has never lifted, working around joint pain, building a home or gym routine you will actually keep.

What this profession can and cannot do

Exercise professionals are not clinicians. They do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. If something hurts in a way that is new, that is a medical question first.

Demonstration records. These profiles show how the panel will look. Nobody named has agreed to see patients, no registration number is real, and booking is disabled.

United States

For clients in United States

A clinician must be licensed in the state you are physically in at the time of the consultation. That is settled law rather than a preference, and it is the reason we ask for your state before booking.
